 Here at BRAL and Blick Rothenberg we are dedicated
to offering a quality service - we want to go to extra lengths and throw in
little extras. So what does quality mean to us and how can we achieve this
commitment to service, quality, timeliness and cost?
We want our clients to feel as though they
can always rely on us and feel that BRAL are contributing to their success
within their own particular environment, be it personal or commercial. We
therefore endeavour to meet the highest standards but understand that we're not
always perfect and can always try harder. In order to ensure that we strive to
meet our commitments to client service we have initiated a project which will
focus on all aspects of quality within the firm - its commencement was marked
by the recent completion of an online client service questionnaire sent
throughout both BRAL and Blick Rothenberg.
 Disaster Recovery
Plan
 BRAL and Blick Rothenberg have in place a
contingency plan. This means that in event of a disaster, be it minor or major,
relocation can take place immediately and we can be up and running again within
a matter of hours. This whole procedure is tested on a regular basis - at least
once a year and regular disaster recovery team meetings taking place once every
quarter.

 A major concern of companies considering
an outsourced accounting service is the potential loss of access and control.
BRAL has developed the solution with our BRXchange facility.
This fully secure system stores all your
accounting information on a central server, allowing you access at any time
from anywhere in the world. Authorised users can access bank statements, cash
positions, copy invoices, accounts, reports etc, and can approve expense
claims, purchase invoices, payroll changes and holidays.
BRAL is committed to being on the cutting
edge of technology and our IT security systems, accounting systems,
connectivity, networks and quality logging system are constantly reviewed and
updated - you can be assured that BRAL really is finding tomorrow's solutions

 Investing in People
 We run a series of in-house practical training courses to ensure
our standards remain extremely high. As well as technical training, our courses
cover personal development and skills such as assertiveness, teamwork and
communication skills.
Our qualified staff and directors attend
courses to ensure that their technical knowledge is regulary updated. Those
with managerial responsibilities complete a management development programme,
which consists of a series of courses spread over several months covering all
aspects of modern management.
Most of all, we try our best to provide an
atmosphere that is lively, friendly and stimulating - we believe that happy
