Preparing of Financial Statements & Annual Accounts

All UK Limited companies must prepare annual accounts in a statutory format for filing at Companies House and serious penalties can arise in the event of default. In many instances, particularly for larger international groups which exceed the statutory size limit, an audit will be necessary. In any event, annual accounts will also be required for submission to the UK taxation authorities.

BRAL will prepare the company's annual accounts in a format suitable for ready conversion into statutory form, together with full back-up schedules ready for the statutory annual audit and will then liase with the company’s auditors as appropriate.
