Jo started her career in general practice carrying out a mixed role of audit, accounts preparation, management accounts and VAT and tax compliance. In 2006, after over 9 years of general practice experience, Jo joined BRAL as a manager of one of our service delivery teams where she was responsible for a portfolio of large clients and groups of companies covering a variety of industries.
In 2008 Jo moved in to a senior manager role at BRAL where her primary focus was on client service delivery and staff management using her experience to assist new clients setting up here in the UK and incorporating them on to our systems. From this work Jo has also worked closely with our in-house IT team assisting with changes and developments to our processes, systems and how we can integrate with our clients systems to meet their needs.
In 2009 BRAL launched our new
Fluency service offering for which Jo was responsible for setting up and overseeing the Fluency client service team. She managed the initial set up of our systems and clients and now manages the relationships with our international partner firms.
In 2010 Jo was appointed as a director of BRAL and continues to play an active role in assisting new clients and working on the development of our internal and client facing systems to improve our client service offerings.
When Jo is away from the office she is a keen netballer and enjoys spending time socialising with friends and family.
