This major US based pay TV channel had secured contracts with SKY, Telewest and NTL and identified the UK as their next major step in their international expansion plan.

Employing over 1,000 people in the US, a small marketing team had already been moved to London and the UK company trading name formed by early 2003. BRAL was approached following a recommendation and after initial discussions a full administration service was set up.
