Quality Feedback

We measure the quality of our processes internally via our quality management system. However, the most valuable feedback we seek is from our clients.

In addition to regular contact with our clients in the normal course of providing our services, we also carry out a series of client service surveys to canvass the opinions of our clients.

The information obtained from these quality questionnaires provides us with invaluable feedback on the quality of our services. In addition to providing quality assurance, this feedback is used by our Best Practice Team to continually improve our service offering.
