In addition to providing our staff with the best possible working environment, we endeavour to make BRAL an enjoyable place to work.
The firm's social committee arranges a variety of events throughout the year. Previous events have included ice skating at Somerset House, a barbeque by the river, a visit to Epsom Race Course and a Chinese New Year dinner.
The ideas and suggestions of our staff are listened to at BRAL. The directors ensure colleagues have an opportunity to discuss ideas and suggestions through a variety of activities; for example, our people survey, internal newsletter, regular team meetings, practice lunches and practice updates.
As part of the firm’s commitment to corporate and social responsibility, our staff have an opportunity to be involved in community activities and pro bono work.
