Jo is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
She started her career in general practice carrying out a mixed role of audit, accounts preparation, management accounts and VAT and tax compliance. In 2006, after over 9 years of general practice experience, Jo joined BRAL as a manager of one of our service delivery teams where she was responsible for a portfolio of larger clients covering a variety of industries as well as dealing with ongoing management and system development and implementation.
As a senior manager, Jo’s time is divided mainly between client service delivery, staff management and ad hoc projects and initiatives.
Working closely with our managers and our in-house IT team, Jo applies her breadth of client experience to assist with changes and developments to our processes and with the integration of new clients on to our systems.
Jo is also responsible for the coaching and development of our financial administrators, who act as our main client contacts with a focus on proactive client service delivery.
Finally, in relation to our
Fluency service offering, Jo has responsibilities for overseeing our Fluency team and managing relationships with our international partners.
When Jo is away from the office she is a keen netballer and enjoys spending time socialising with friends and family.
