Accounting & Administration

Our accounting and administration back office services are delivered to you in two key phases, an implementation phase and an ongoing account management phase. Your dedicated accounting and administration team is responsible for both phases and will have the support of our senior management team as appropriate.

Your team manager reviews all key deliverables and ensures that these are provided in line with expectations. A management accountant maintains and reconciles the general ledger, compiles the management reports and drafts the letter summarising matters for your attention. A financial administrator handles all initial queries and is largely responsible for managing the sales and purchase ledgers and treasury management. Such multiple contacts ensure that, as far as possible, there is always a familiar individual available to discuss any issues that you may have. A limited amount of the routine work may be completed under a sub contractor relationship. Currently we have such a relationship with Quattro (www.quatrro.com) and with Birgit Janssen, a former employee based in Germany who specialises in VAT and CIS issues faced by German companies. A director retains overall responsibility for service delivery.

We have people with skills in over 20 languages, most of which are native speakers. Therefore, if required, your team can comprise an individual with the language skills to communicate with you, your customers, suppliers and other business contacts in a language and manner to which you and they are accustomed.

We will encourage regular meetings or telephone conference calls with you to discuss, for example, management reports and services in general.
