We are proud that BRAL, as a constituent part of our parent firm Blick Rothenberg, was awarded a ‘first class’ accreditation by Best Companies in 2010.
What is Best Companies?
Best Companies is a workplace engagement specialist who, in association with the Sunday Times, recognises organisations that demonstrate high levels of employee engagement.
How Best Companies works?
Best Companies accreditations are awarded based on feedback from a detailed, independent survey completed by members of staff each year. The survey measures eight key workplace engagement factors - My Manager, Leadership, My Company, Personal Growth, My Team, Giving Something Back, Fair Deal, and Well-being. Over time, these results can be used to identify trends and improvements in staff engagement year on year.
