We look after many overseas companies entering the market for the first time, as well as small and medium-sized UK owner managed businesses. We have assisted over a thousand companies to set up in the UK market.
A significant number of these have been subsidiaries of listed companies in their home territory.
Since 1985, we have acted for a whole range of companies, from household names such as Google, Microsoft, Real Networks, Gateway and the LVMH group, to hundreds of companies that have set up a small sales operation in the UK which may only have one or two employees.
